I'm one of those with the highest target to hit, they expected me to do six sales today in four hours - huh?! I didn't hit it but pulled a personal best so far, with four sales. To motivate us there's always a competition going on, from the big ones like the "dream trip", the next one goes to Cape Town, and there's flat screen TV's and all sorts. But everyday there's a smaller competition going on, either the one with the highest score or a random draw from the latest sellers.

Now, what do they use to motivate us? You might think CPP branded stuff like towels, umbrellas, coffee mugs and similar but no - they use alcohol and chocolate. Today there was two draws, one for a bottle of wine and one for a bottle of vodka.

CPP knows how to motivate their staff! (And I was promised chocolate if I won :D )

Sorry this post is in English, can't be bothered with Swedish today. It just doesn't come natural to me everyday and I have to think about how I phrase my sentences. Especially if I like now, haven't spoken a Swedish word in well over a month... I will however watch Melodifestivalen tonight! And call someone soon...
